Challenge
The challenge was to transform a functional HR tool into an engaging corporate brand that employees would actually want to use. Given Kalyon Holding’s vast and diverse workforce, the branding needed to be intuitive enough for all levels of staff while maintaining the prestigious and reliable corporate image of the holding. We had to ensure that the transition to this new digital portal was perceived as a benefit rather than just another administrative task.
Goal
Our primary goal was to establish a strong, professional identity for the "Künye" portal that would drive internal adoption and streamline HR processes. We aimed to create a complete ecosystem of materials—from high-end video content to practical educational guides—that would clearly communicate the portal’s value, simplify the user journey, and foster a unified digital culture across the entire holding.
Result
We successfully delivered a comprehensive branding package, including a modern logo design, high-impact promotional visuals, and an engaging launch video. To ensure a smooth transition, we also developed detailed announcement strategies and user training manuals. The result was a successful rollout that significantly improved internal communication and empowered employees to manage their professional data through a sleek, user-friendly interface.
