Challenge
The challenge was to create a cohesive global brand identity that could seamlessly adapt to diverse international markets while maintaining a unified core. We needed to distinguish the specialized sub-brands—Middle East-focused ShaerpNext and technology-driven ShaerpTech—without losing the parent brand's professional integrity. This required balancing European design sensibilities with the specific cultural and professional dynamics of the Dubai and Indian markets.
Goal
Our primary goal was to build a comprehensive digital and visual infrastructure for Shaerp’s global expansion. We aimed to design a modern corporate identity, a high-performance website, and a strategic social media presence that positions the firm as a leading authority in human resources. Each sub-brand needed to feel like a specialized expert in its respective region while sharing the same DNA of innovation and reliability.
Result
We successfully launched a unified global brand ecosystem. This included a high-end corporate identity and an intuitive web interface for Shaerp, followed by tailored brand designs for ShaerpNext and ShaerpTech. The result is a synchronized global presence that effectively communicates the company’s HR expertise across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, ensuring brand consistency and professional appeal in every market they enter.
